Last week TEAM Cloud proudly participated at the M2 AI Summit 2024, an event that showcased the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
TEAM Cloud wanted to make this a fun event by providing the Oracle Red Bull F1 Simulator at the stand. The simulator allowed people to race a Formula 1 car around the Melbourne circuit, uploading the data from the laps to Oracle Cloud and comparing it to the actual data collected from a Max Verstappen lap.
TEAM Cloud's focus for the M2 AI Summit was to increase awareness of the TEAM Cloud Hyperscale Sovereign Data Centre live in August this year. TEAM Cloud's data centre’s will be powered by Oracle Cloud. But more specifically, and in line with the Summit, the AI offerings that TEAM Cloud will bring to the New Zealand market both now and in the future.
It was a fantastic day and plenty of summit attendees testing their pace on the Simulator. Many returned multiple times during the day to improve on their previous times. The eventual winner getting within 3 seconds of Verstappen’s lap time.
